These forms are all in PDF format. It may be valuable to print out these forms to assist in your planning. If you have a problem downloading them, try right clicking on the link and select "Save As". If this still doesn't work, please contact us at: (574) 277-8646.
 
Please be aware that the proofs you are viewing may not be printed exactly the same in your ordered portraits. They are in the dimentions of the camera, which are different than the printed dimentions of the portraits. Your portraits will be cropped as we determine, in order to give you the best final portraits. The portraits will be straightened out if they are slightly rotated (unless it was a deliberate artistic angle) and the ends will be cropped off. We will also try to center the main subject of the portrait, and provide sufficient head room for the subjects. If you have any specific cropping requests, please include them on a seperate sheet of paper (typed if possible), with the proof number, and will we do our best to accomidate your requests. If a portrait fills most of the frame, and you want to keep most of the length or width, please order a 5x7 as it will not crop out as much as a 4x5 or 8x10. (See below.)

In order to ensure timely processing & delivery, please place your orders within one month of the wedding. We will process your order as soon as we believe we have received all orders for your wedding and have received payment for those orders. Your photos will be removed from the site 30 days after the date of posting due to space restrictions. If you need longer than this to place your order, you must contact Derby Photography, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

At the top of this page there is a link to examples of our digital layouts, as well as the effects you can have done on any of your portraits. The portraits you order will be printed as they appear in your proofs unless you state otherwise. (E1, E4, and E5 can only be done with a color portrait.

You may order any color picture in black & white by writing a “B” or "E2" after the number on your order sheet. However, you may not order a black & white proof in color. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact us.
